Responsibilities
- develop and grow your practice within a consultancy framework
- collaborate with managing partners on marketing and BD initiatives
- leverage support from Compliance, Finance, Admin, Marketing, and paralegals to focus on client work
- maintain a strong cultural fit and collaborate across UK/International teams
- navigate restrictive covenants with internal work allocation during transitions
- promote a flexible, remote-working culture and client coverage during holidays

- 10+ PQE (considering strong experience)
