A leading law firm in Tunbridge Wells are looking for an experienced Real Estate Legal Secretary to join their busy team.
Main responsibilities
- Assist solicitors with all aspects of commercial property transactions, including drafting correspondence, preparing legal documents, and managing client communications.
- Maintain accurate and organised legal files.
- Arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and coordinating your fee-earners calendar.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner, redirecting as necessary and ensuring timely responses.
- Provide general administrative support to the commercial property department, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
About you
- You will be proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel and other packages that may be relevant to the role.
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a Real Estate team.
- Proven experience with audio typing & document production.
- You must possess a high level of organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
