Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Consultant to join a small friendly team. The role is very varied and will involve supporting a varied portfolio of SMEs from a number of different industry sectors with both strategic and operational HR matters. No two days are ever the same, so you will enjoy the variety of having a number of different clients and supporting the different needs that they have.

Solid experience of handling complex employee relations matters is required. Applications are welcome from HR professionals who have worked in a consultancy environment before (this is essential). At least 2 years experience of working as an HR Consultant is required and you will be CIPD qualified - ideally to a minimum of Level 5.

This firm offers a basic salary plus bonus scheme which is paid quarterly, along with hybrid working (3 days per week in the office). The firm is in a rural location and there will be a need to visit clients too, therefore a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
