Job Title: Head of Marketing β Finance Location: Altrincham (Hybrid β 3 days per week in office) Salary: Up to Β£75,000 per year (Depending on Experience) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Industry: Financial Services / Fintech Job Summary Weβre hiring a Head of Marketing for a growing fintech business that supports UK SMEs with flexible funding solutions. This is a hands-on, strategic marketing role focused on lead generation, lead conversion, CRM management, and customer retention . Youβll report directly to the CMO and play a key part in shaping how the company attracts, converts, and retains small business customers. If you\’re data-driven, commercially minded, and passionate about helping SMEs thrive, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver lead generation campaigns across digital, email, content, and partner channels Collaborate with the sales team to optimise conversion rates and improve lead-to-sale performance Own the CRM platform (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce) β manage automation, segmentation, and reporting Develop customer lifecycle programmes to increase engagement, retention, and repeat business Oversee digital channels including the website, paid media, and SEO to drive acquisition Create high-quality content such as blogs, guides, and case studies tailored to SME audiences Manage and grow affiliate, broker, and referral partnerships to expand reach Analyse campaign results, measure ROI, and present insights to the wider leadership team Skills & Experience Required: B2B marketing experience, ideally within fintech , financial services , or SME lending Strong knowledge of lead generation and CRM marketing Experience managing and optimising conversion funnels Confident using marketing automation tools and CRM systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Commercially focused with strong data analysis and reporting abilities Desirable: Experience in a scale-up or high-growth environment Familiarity with affiliate marketing , partner marketing , or account-based marketing (ABM) Benefits Salary up to Β£75,000 (depending on experience) Hybrid working model (3 days in Altrincham office) Key role in a marketing transformation project High-impact position with autonomy and leadership exposure Supportive, collaborative culture with a focus on customer success Application Instructions Apply now with your CV and a brief cover note outlining your relevant experience.
