Leading international manufacturing firm based in Kent, are looking to recruit an experienced data protection specialist to assist the head of legal and DPO with all data privacy matters.
You will provide specialist advice and recommendations across a range of data protection topics, including:
- Data rights requests
- Data breach management
- Data sharing
- Data processing activities
You will also create and maintain documentation that provides evidence of legal and regulatory compliance and identify and address areas where the organisation needs to review strategy, policy or procedure.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years solid recent/current experience handling data protection matters, within a legal department.
This is an initial 6 month fixed term contract with an opportunity to be extended or become permanent. The role is based in Kent but with hybrid working - 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home.
