You’ll be joining a company who provides the UK consumer with buy-now, pay-later options for millions of products across hundreds of retailers. They’re in the process of scaling up operations, adding a number of new people to their marketing function, of which this is one.
You will be responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of both CRM strategy and CRM operations for in-life marketing activities designed to drive customer engagement and retention efforts for the business. The main platform is Hubspot, with campaigns delivered both via email, online and via app push notifications. You won’t be responsible for operational messaging; that side of things is handled by another part of the business. Your role will be principally focused on marketing messaging, cross, upsell, retaining customers, and driving engagement measures through effective in-life marketing messaging.
The plan is to have this all built and delivered in-house, with you being one of the first appointments in the creation of a new CRM capability for the business, which is set to scale as the business does over 2025/26.
You’ll be responsible for devising the content calendar for campaigns, leveraging market insights, trends, and research to inform content strategy for CRM. Alongside this is then the build and execution side of CRM campaigns utilizing the Hubspot platform and building for automation.

They’re a financial services specialist, dedicated to buy-now, pay-later services with an international footprint of millions of customers and tens of thousands of retailers. They’re technically a fintech business, enabling quick access to funds for consumers, and a convenient way to pay for goods and services through their platform, breaking down big payments into more bite-sized arrangements.
