Corporate & Commercial Solicitor – Tunbridge Wells, Kent (hybrid)
Leading Kent law firm with a well established corporate and commercial team, are currently looking to recruit a junior lawyer into this team.
The role will be to work predominantly on corporate transactional matters, M&A etc… but with some involvement in commercial work too. You will be working alongside two experienced corporate lawyers so there is lots of support and some great people to learn from.
This firm do not have the biggest of departments, yet they still deal with a high quality client base and excellent quality work, including many high value and complex transactions.
The firm offer a friendly and inclusive culture, there are lots of social and charitable events always happening, and the office is impressive yet informal and welcoming. They also offer hybrid working and lots of flexibility and the prospects are fantastic.
Applications are welcome from qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives who have some solid corporate and M&A experience. Newly Qualifieds are welcome to apply but you must have completed at least a 6 month corporate seat during your training contract. The firm are willing to train on the Commercial side so experience of this is not essential but would be helpful.
