This boutique law firm offers top quality commercial work and clients, alongside heaps of flexibility including remote working.
This role is to join their busy and highly successful commercial team - they provide advice on a variety of commercial contracts including drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and also advise on IP and IT matters and data protection matters too, specialising in supporting the technology industry.
Tech experience is not essential but an interest in it would be a big advantage. This is a mid to senior level position and therefore it is anticipated you will have at least 5 years PQE. A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive is required and you will have solid experience in handling commercial contracts.
You must be a strong negotiator as you will often be dealing directly with magic circle law firms. You will be enthusiastic and hard working and in return you will be part of a friendly and supportive team, who offer unrivalled flexibility, a competitive salary and benefits package and lots of staff days out!
