Award winning firm are currently looking to expand their commercial/technology team at the Tunbridge Wells office in Kent. This firm have remained exceptionally busy throughout the pandemic and this department in particular has seen a large increase in work.
This firm are very different - they offer lots of flexibility, including remote working, no financial or time recording targets and they primarily act as in-house legal counsel to their clients.
They are now looking to recruit an additional qualified and experienced commercial solicitor. You will have strong experience particularly in commercial contracts including drafting, reviewing and negotiating and you will also ideally have experience of IT and technology law and contracts and have a keen interest in this area.
Applications are welcome from solicitors with an in-house or private practice background but strong non-contentious commercial contracts experience is a must.
