A leading global casino and bingo brand is seeking a talented and proactive Brand Marketing Executive to join its growing Brand & Communications team. Known for its innovative, player-first approach, the brand operates across several key international markets and continues to expand its global footprint within the online gaming industry. About the Role

Reporting to the Brand & Communications Lead, the Brand Marketing Executive will support the development and delivery of the global brand strategy. The role involves ensuring brand consistency, reviewing creative output, adapting messaging for local markets, and helping drive impactful brand communications across multiple channels. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented marketer with a strong grasp of branding principles and a passion for building bold, engaging brands in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the global brand strategy across a range of international markets
  • Review creative content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and core messaging
  • Provide cover during peak periods by reviewing and approving marketing communications campaigns
  • Work with regional teams to localise messaging while maintaining brand integrity
  • Track brand messaging performance across markets using brand tracker insights
  • Oversee the correct usage and licensing of talent and music in all markets
  • Collaborate with creative and copy teams to update brand and tone of voice guidelines
  • Support and deliver internal brand workshops to promote brand values across the business
  • Conduct regular competitor benchmarking to inform and evolve brand strategy
  • Assist in executing brand partnerships, sponsorships, and events
  • Contribute to market research projects, including brand tracking and customer surveys
  • Analyse market trends and insights to inform offline marketing strategies

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in brand marketing or a similar marketing role
  • Ability to develop and review creative work across a mix of channels including digital (search, display, banners) and ATL (TV, radio, OOH)
  • Strong understanding of brand management, positioning, and multi-market communication
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to brand consistency
  • Confident managing multiple projects to tight deadlines
  • Comfortable analysing data and applying insights to strategy
  • Experience in the iGaming or entertainment industry is a plus, but not required
