This is a fantastic opportunity for a B2B content marketer to join a long-established financial services business at the start of a major transformation. Reporting directly to a well-respected CMO with a proven fintech track record, this is one of the first hires in a newly forming senior marketing team. The role offers real ownership and visibility — ideal for someone ready to shape and build key marketing programmes from day one.
Key Responsibilities- Create and manage high-quality content across channels (web, blog, email, etc.)
- Manage affiliate marketing activity and optimise partner performance
- Support the launch and growth of a new partnerships programme
- Maintain and update the company website via CMS
- Contribute to strategic marketing projects targeting SME and SOHO audiences
- Essential B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on content creation
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Experience with CMS platforms and basic web publishing
- Exposure to affiliate or partner marketing
- Self-starter with the confidence to work independently and at pace
- Desirable Exposure to Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Financial services or fintech background
This role is not suitable for graduates or entry-level candidates. It requires real-world, commercial experience in content-led B2B marketing. You’ll be reporting directly into the CMO and working in a lean team — so we’re looking for someone who can manage their own workload, take ownership, and deliver without micromanagement.
