About the Role
A leading tech company in the electronics space is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead its digital marketing strategy and accelerate customer acquisition across public and private sector markets.
This role is ideal for a data-driven digital marketer who thrives in high-growth environments, can develop robust lead generation funnels, and understands how to blend creativity with analytics to build pipeline and drive conversions.
You\’ll lead a wide-reaching digital function covering SEO, CRM, email marketing, paid and organic campaigns, social media, and eCommerce — with a strong focus on both B2B and B2B2C engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy Development: Build and execute a full-funnel digital marketing strategy to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion.

CRM & Automation: Own and manage Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud) to create segmented campaigns, lead nurture journeys, and seamless data integration.

Public & Private Sector Campaigns: Develop tailored campaigns to reach and engage decision-makers across both commercial and public sector organisations.

Digital Performance & Analytics: Use Google Analytics and other tools to track KPIs, optimise campaigns, and generate actionable insights.

SEO & Website Optimisation: Ensure the website is SEO-optimised, updated with relevant content, and designed for maximum engagement and conversions.

Content & Social Media Strategy: Deliver engaging, conversion-focused content across LinkedIn, email, and blog platforms.

Paid Media Execution: Manage paid search and paid social budgets to improve traffic, drive leads, and achieve ROI targets.

Martech Innovation: Identify and integrate new digital tools to improve marketing efficiency and competitive advantage.
What We’re Looking For

Several years’ experience in digital or growth marketing, ideally in a tech, electronics, or SaaS company.

Proven track record of delivering high-impact digital campaigns and driving consistent lead generation.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, email, and social.

Experience running campaigns targeting both public sector buyers (e.g. procurement teams, NHS, councils) and commercial B2B clients.

Proficient in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and campaign performance reporting.

Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
