Paralegal Commercial Property £27,000 – £32,000 p/a + benefits Full time, permanent role Office locations across Kent & East Sussex Hybrid working available (2 or 3 days a week from home, depending on business needs) A law firm with offices across Kent & East Sussex are looking to recruit a commercial property paralegal, with at least 1 years experience working in a similar role. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of commercial property files, working alongside another solicitor or partner on a range of matters for landlords, developers and business owners You will be responsible for managing pre and post completions on property transactions Communicating with clients to provide timely updates, and obtaining information where needed Other duties to include: administration/keeping the systems updated, legal research, preparation of legal documents, reviewing titles & searches, dealing with land registry & SDLT, billing & time recording. About you Minimum of 1 years of experience working as a paralegal within a property department
