This is a role for a Paid Social expert who wants pace, scale, budget, international reach and the creative freedom to make a visible commercial impact, whilst also leading and managing a team of Paid Social Specialists.
Youll be joining a high-growth consumer business operating in a regulated, fast-moving and fiercely competitive sector. Its an environment where performance matters, but so does brand, creativity, speed of execution and the ability to spot opportunities others miss.
The role sits within a central paid social team, supporting multiple international markets across full-funnel campaign activity. Youll be working across channels including Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, taking responsibility for campaign setup, optimisation, reporting, budget management, creative testing and stakeholder engagement.
It needs someone who can look at data, understand what it is really telling them, then turn that into better campaigns, sharper creative briefs, cleaner targeting, stronger reporting and improved commercial performance.
Youll be working closely with internal teams across brand, data, CRM, digital and market leads, so the ability to explain campaign performance clearly is important. Not just what happened, but why it happened and what should happen next.
