CRM Marketing Automation Specialist – Braze Location: Hybrid working, Central London offices, 10 days in every month. Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 plus pension, healthcare, life assurance, etc. Engagement: Fixed term, 9 months initially with potential to go permanent You'll join a specialist CRM Operations team responsible for building and delivering sophisticated, highly personalised customer campaigns through Braze. Working with one of the largest customer bases in Europe, you'll help turn customer data and campaign plans into accurate, relevant communications across email and other CRM channels. The Role You'll be responsible for building customer audiences, configuring campaigns and supporting the delivery of both automated journeys and one-off communications. Your main focus will be broadcast messaging and newsletters, a busy area of the CRM programme that supports multiple products and customer groups. You'll work with teams across CRM planning, content marketing and wider business functions to coordinate activity, manage competing priorities and keep campaigns moving to schedule. The role sits on the more technical side of CRM delivery. You won't be expected to code, but you'll need to be comfortable working within campaign platforms, handling detailed data requirements and carrying out thorough quality assurance checks.
