Youll join a specialist CRM Operations team responsible for building and delivering sophisticated, highly personalised customer campaigns through Braze. Working with one of the largest customer bases in Europe, youll help turn customer data and campaign plans into accurate, relevant communications across email and other CRM channels.
The Role:
- Youll be responsible for building customer audiences, configuring campaigns and supporting the delivery of both automated journeys and one-off communications.
- Your main focus will be broadcast messaging and newsletters, a busy area of the CRM programme that supports multiple products and customer groups.
- Youll work with teams across CRM planning, content marketing and wider business functions to coordinate activity, manage competing priorities and keep campaigns moving to schedule.
