- Experience defining a roadmap and strategy for a sophisticated consumer-facing CRM programme for a product or service.
- Strong understanding of what makes a great digital-first CRM programme and the martech that enables it, including tools such as Jaquard, Moveable Ink, and Liquid.
- Experience working with a telemarketing team and providing them with effective marketing toolkits to convert leads into appointments and bookings.
- Proven experience in the lead-to-acquisition side of CRM programmes.
- Solid understanding of email marketing, including best-in-class automation and personalisation.
- Data-centric mindset with a strong understanding of how to use data effectively in CRM strategy and operational delivery.
- Experience defining and implementing performance checks and measures.
- Experience defining a test-and-learn strategy for customer journeys, campaign optimisation, and channel optimisation.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 7 CRM specialists and a small telemarketing team supporting the high-value purchase product category.
- Oversee a large-scale, multi-faceted CRM programme that has a significant impact on revenue results.
- Define and own the CRM strategy across prospect engagement, nurture, conversion, purchase, and re-engagement.
- Work across multiple customer journeys, including high-ticket purchase, lifecycle marketing, and in-life customer engagement.
- Decide the most effective channels, frequency, testing approach, and optimisation tactics across email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Identify moments of truth and opportunities to reinforce customer interest in real time.
- Use customer data to target the right offer at the right time and increase lifetime value.
- Work closely with the telemarketing team to understand objections and create toolkits to support conversion.
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the team.
