About the Role
We are seeking a professional and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our serviced office team based in Fulham. This is a client-facing role, maintaining our high-quality office spaces and ensuring our tenants enjoy a well-maintained, safe, and pleasant working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the building and facilities
- Perform basic plumbing, building, and carpentry tasks as required
- Assist with decorating, painting, and minor electrical work
