About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our serviced office team based in Fulham. This is a client-facing role, maintaining our high-quality office spaces and ensuring our tenants enjoy a well-maintained, safe, and pleasant working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the building and facilities
- Perform basic plumbing, building, and carpentry tasks as required
- Assist with decorating, painting, and minor electrical work
- Proactively identify and report maintenance issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Maintain a tidy, organised workspace and tools
- Liaise with office staff and clients in a polite, professional manner
- Support external contractors and ensure work meets company standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in building and facilities maintenance, ideally in a serviced office or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of basic plumbing and general building repairs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to interact confidently with clients
- Well-presented, neat, and tidy appearance
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work to a high standard with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to respond to maintenance issues promptly
