About the Role
We are looking for a confident, service-driven Club Supervisor to support the daily operations of a premium serviced office and members club in Fulham. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hospitality-led environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in creating a warm, professional, and seamless experience for members and guests.
You will be the go-to person on the floor, supporting the Club Manager, leading by example, and ensuring the space runs smoothly throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors, delivering an exceptional welcome and consistently high service standards.
- Support the Club Manager with day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures, floor management, and maintaining club standards.
- Oversee the presentation of all communal areas, meeting rooms, and lounge spaces, ensuring they remain clean, organised, and ready for use.
- Assist with coordinating meeting room bookings, events, and member activities.
- Build strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and ensuring a personalised experience.
- Handle queries, feedback, and minor issues professionally, escalating where necessary.
- Support and guide junior team members, helping to maintain a positive, collaborative working environment.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, security, and company policies.
