Responsibilities

  • Supporting the due diligence efforts for acquisitions, dispositions and financings associated with single-tenant net lease transactions: including but not limited to gathering real estate sales and leasing comps, analyzing real estate market fundamentals and cap rates, and assessing financing strategies.
  • Conducting financial analysis and modeling on properties, portfolios, tenants, and funds.
  • Preparing marketing presentations for investors and potential sale-leaseback and built-to-suit partners.
  • Compiling investment memorandums and credit underwriting.
  • Supporting investor relations with investor due diligence questions.
  • Reviewing and coordinating the execution and delivery of asset management related materials.
  • Assisting the acquisitions team in sourcing transactions.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years' experience in investment banking, corporate finance, real estate private equity or a related field.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial statements and public filings.
  • Highly motivated.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in net lease real estate investing.
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian) not required but will be viewed positively.
