All Orkids is seeking an experienced Link SENDCO Lead to provide leadership, coaching and quality assurance across a group of nurseries, supporting Site SENDCO Leads to deliver outstanding SEND provision.
You will monitor SEND practice, oversee APDR, support referrals and funding applications, and ensure statutory responsibilities are met, while working hands-on with practitioners to influence SEND across the organisation.
