About the Role
You will handle a range of Family law matters, managing your own caseload while supporting the department head in achieving its strategic goals. This role offers a blend of hands-on legal work and opportunities to contribute to business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Family law matters for a diverse client base
- Achieve individual billing and fee-earning targets
- Maintain accurate, compliant client files and records
- Identify and develop new fee-earning opportunities
- Collaborate across teams, cross-referring work where appropriate
- Support departmental marketing and business development initiatives
- Stay current with changes in Family law and practice
About You
You are a confident and experienced Family solicitor with the ability to manage your own workload independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. You will ideally have:
- 5 years PQE in Family law
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the legal market
- Ability to work independently and build your own caseload
- Leadership capability to supervise and mentor junior fee earners
