This is a fantastic opportunity for an RICS-qualified Surveyor (c.5+ years PQE) to take a leading role in expanding a busy Commercial Agency department handling a diverse portfolio spanning industrial, office, retail, investment and development property.
You’ll join a collaborative, tight-knit team where you’ll have the autonomy to shape your own workload, drive business growth, and see the tangible results of your efforts, all without the red tape of a corporate structure.
* Lead and grow the commercial agency offering in Shrewsbury and beyond
* Manage valuations, acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals and rent reviews
* Provide expert asset management advice to a loyal client base
* Win new business and nurture strong client relationships
* Deliver work to the highest professional and RICS standards
You’re ambitious, professional and commercially switched-on — the kind of person who spots an opportunity and runs with it. You’ll bring:
* RICS qualification with around 5+ years PQE
* Strong valuation, appraisal and lease advisory skills
