Due to growth within this firm, it is transitioning over to become CILEX regulated enabling them to be able to carry out Probate Activities in accordance with the Legal Services Act 2007. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the future of the firm as it continues to grow and expand. We’re looking for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive who’s ready to make a real impact, without the corporate red tape. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to join a friendly, progressive firm and play a key role in its continued development and success. You’ll manage a varied caseload of Wills, Probate, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Estate Planning matters, working with autonomy while building lasting relationships with clients who truly value your expertise. Set in the picturesque riverside town of Bewdley, this role offers the perfect balance between meaningful work and quality of life.
