Looking for a Treasury Funding Manager to join our high-performing and collaborative Treasury team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a specialist role that sits at the heart of our long-term financial strategy, supporting our ability to fund new homes, strengthen our balance sheet and deliver our social purpose.
As a Treasury Funding Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and sustaining our long-term funding position. You will lead on the negotiation and execution of new funding arrangements, including the operation of our European Medium-Term Note (EMTN) programme, and support our £2.6bn debt portfolio. You will also manage credit ratings, investor relations and banking relationships, helping ensure we maintain strong external confidence in our financial position.
This role offers the chance to work in a complex, dynamic, and high-profile environment, collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business and representing us externally to investors, lenders and credit rating agencies. You will bring deep technical expertise, strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and confidently.
