We are looking to recruit a Project Manager Tenanted Transactions.
A leading provider of affordable homes, dedicated to helping people access safe and high-quality housing. With a strong focus on community impact, we work to create sustainable, thriving neighbourhoods while supporting our customers build better futures.
As a Project Manager Tenanted Transactions. you will be working within the Portfolio Management team to lead the preparation and management of tenanted property portfolios for sale, supporting cross-functional delivery and ensuring transaction readiness.
Responsibilities
Analyse and review compliance, occupancy, financial, legal and planning documentation.
Identify risks or data gaps that could impact asset saleability.
Lead the coordination of comprehensive due diligence processes.
Manage internal and external meetings to ensure timely delivery of validated information.
Produce tailored reporting outputs for a range of audiences.
Guide and support Assistant Project Managers and Project Assistants on workstream delivery.
Skills and Experience Required
Minimum one year of experience preparing tenanted portfolios for sale.
Strong project management and due diligence coordination experience.
Skilled at managing consultant and project teams.
Excellent understanding of residential property compliance, planning, and tenancy types.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong Excel skills and experience working across asset-based systems.
