Are you a skilled and motivated Project Manager that’s looking to make a difference? Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to be responsible for delivering strategic change and business improvement projects across the organisation, ensuring clear scopes, defined objectives, and seamless execution. Their Project Manager role is pivotal in ensuring that business processes are optimised and that solutions align with business needs.

About the role: You will work closely with stakeholders and key resources, owning projects from inception to completion. You’ll ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining best practices and driving measurable outcomes. This is an excellent chance to contribute to our ongoing transformation initiatives while championing innovation and accountability across the business. With a good understanding of relevant methodologies, such as Waterfall or Agile, you will be able to adapt your approach to ensure all objectives are met, identifying obstacles and inefficiencies to ensure a smooth process for each project. Organised and meticulous, you will monitor the agreed budgets tracking expenditures and ensuring cost effective resource utilisation for the project lifecycle.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Project management qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading and motivating teams to achieve the overall goals and objectives.
  • Ability to make informed decisions to ensure the success of the project.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience of working within the housing sector would be advantageous.
