Join a team that supports your trade and values your career. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to carry out repairs and maintenance across our residential properties. You will use your carpentry and plumbing expertise to provide a reliable first-time-fix service that keeps our customers satisfied.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering high-quality carpentry and plumbing repairs with some door hanging and tiling
- Operating in occupied homes across the CR and BR postcode areas
- Taking part in weekly toolbox talks every Monday (7:00 am start) at our Rochester depot
- Maintaining excellent communication and service standards
What you’ll need:
- Strong plumbing skills with basic carpentry (especially door hanging), or strong carpentry skills with basic plumbing (especially tiling)
- Ability to consistently complete first-time fixes
- Experience in domestic maintenance
- Your own set of tools - we’ll provide the rest
