As a Roofer Improver you will be working within the Property Services team to assist roofers in maintaining, repairing and installing roofs across housing stock.
Responsibilities- Support roofers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofs
- Carry, organise, and transport materials and tools to work sites
- Assist with locating and repairing leaks, replacing damaged sections, and clearing gutters
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, disposing of waste properly
- Follow health and safety regulations, using equipment and PPE correctly
- Background in construction, labouring, or a related trade (roofing experience an advantage)
- Physically fit and able to lift/carry materials
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
