Permanent – Full Time We’re looking for a Senior Supervisor to join us covering St Albans and surrounding area. About the role As our Senior Supervisor, you will lead our newly established small works team to ensure excellent service standards and achievement of KPIs. The team has been set up to combat multiple order works in jobs such as Complaints, Disrepair and Damp & Mold. About you We would like you to be experienced in housing and be comfortable managing a small team of direct labour organisation (DLO) and supply chain. You will be qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Relevant Trade or Supervisor or hold City & Guilds. IT literate, particularly skilled in Microsoft Office Products, you will hold SMSTS in addition to CSCS Gold Card or will be working towards this. You must hold a valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
