Position Overview

Full Time x 2 (37.5 hr – office-based working Thursday to Monday). This role supports the existing sales team in selling new homes in Hessle, East Yorkshire and Bolsover, Derbyshire.

Responsibilities

  • Deal with sales enquiries and maintain the CRM Sales and Prospect workbench.
  • Proactively identify and achieve sales through the Helping Hands and Part Exchange process.
  • Prepare reports as required.
  • Manage the client journey from initial enquiry to legal completion.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in a customer‑facing sales role, ideally selling new‑build homes.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Comfortable working independently and under own initiative.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships and provide a 5‑star experience to purchasers.
  • Own transport and a full driving licence.
