Position Overview
Full Time x 2 (37.5 hr – office-based working Thursday to Monday). This role supports the existing sales team in selling new homes in Hessle, East Yorkshire and Bolsover, Derbyshire.
Responsibilities
- Deal with sales enquiries and maintain the CRM Sales and Prospect workbench.
- Proactively identify and achieve sales through the Helping Hands and Part Exchange process.
- Prepare reports as required.
- Manage the client journey from initial enquiry to legal completion.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in a customer‑facing sales role, ideally selling new‑build homes.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and delivering excellent customer service.
- Comfortable working independently and under own initiative.
- Ability to build trusting relationships and provide a 5‑star experience to purchasers.
- Own transport and a full driving licence.
