The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

The post holder will be responsible for the planning and delivery of care support and the selection, management and development of staff working within Blue Ocean Services Limited.

The post holder will be subject to registration as the Branch(s) Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Registered Care Manager in all aspects of care management.
  • Ensuring that care is provided according to all relevant policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Assisting in the recruitment of care workers observing current Company procedures and policies.
  • Maintaining accurate records of support workers and Service Users.
  • Recording relevant details of all new Service Users and support workers according to Company policy and keeping all records updated in accordance with Data Protection GDPR regulations.
  • Undertaking Risk Assessments in service users’ homes.
  • Consulting with family members and other approved persons to ensure that care is ongoing and that all client needs are identified and met.
  • Assisting in collating Carers’ logs, reading and implementing issues identified accordingly.
  • Carrying out ‘On-Call’ duties on a rota basis with a level of flexibility on weekends and nights.
