- Allocation of care workers to clients, preparing rotas ensuring all visits are covered using our rostering system.
- Ensure holiday, sickness and emergency care calls are assigned appropriately.
- Distribution of staff rotas
- Act as point of contact and dealing with enquiries when necessary for clients, relatives, Social Services, other health professionals, Care Workers
- Assess capacity for new client referrals.
- Answering all incoming phone calls and dealing with all queries in a prompt, efficient and professional manner.
- Partaking in the out of hours On-Call rota.
- Willingness to support the team in the field when needed
- Compliance with company policies and procedures/CQC regulations.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of the service in line with Company policies and procedures, using computer and manual systems.
- Participate in Staff and Client meetings, as and when required.
