Job Description:
- Identify and target potential individuals for the training academy's programs.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct thorough research on potential students to understand their specific training and development requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual learners for repeat business or referrals.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the training academy's programs, showcasing how they can address the individual's specific needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements, and successfully close sales.
- Collaborate with the Operations teams to ensure that programs meet or exceed students' expectations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, receivables, and performance metrics set by the Team Leader.
- Provide post-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Handle class coordination and student queries.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or education.
- Proven 1-3 years' experience in sales, ideally in the training and education industry.
- Knowledge of training and development programs and their impact on individuals and organizations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective negotiation and presentation abilities.
