We’re hiring Telephone Sales Consultants for our Brighton Marina office – offering a £28,000 base salary and realistic OTE up to £40,000. Build and maintain robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, and networking. Conduct thorough research on potential students to understand their specific training and development requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual learners for repeat business or referrals. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the training academy’s programs, showcasing how they can address the individual’s specific needs. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements, and successfully close sales. Collaborate with the Operations teams to ensure that programs meet or exceed student’s expectations. Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, receivables and performance metrics set by the Team Leader. Provide post-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
