We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our specialist home in Widnes, Liverpool, to provide high-quality care and life-enriching opportunities to the people we support.
Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs
- Build trusting relationships and support emotional and behavioural needs using Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, medication, and household tasks
- Promote independence and choice, encouraging the people we support to make their own decisions wherever possible
- Support day-to-day activities to ensure the people we support make the most of every opportunity

- Experience in care is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided. A Full UK Driving Licence is advantageous.
Salary & Benefits
- £32,046.55 - £32,489.74 (based on experience and 1 sleep-in per week)
