Bluocean Computers invites applications for the Waking Nights Support Worker role at our new purpose‑built, state‑of‑the‑art residential home in Davyhulme, South Manchester. The role supports five adults with autism and learning disabilities, helping them achieve independence and personal outcome goals during night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality care and support during night shifts.
- Monitor health and well‑being, completing all required records accurately.
- Respond to emergencies and call on sleep‑in staff when necessary.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and uphold safeguarding policies.
- Support continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
- Complete night‑time duties, including cleaning and monitoring tasks.
