The Opportunity
- Delivering engaging, high-quality training sessions while supporting the development of course materials and maintaining exceptional compliance standards.
- Comfortable leading sessions independently, managing delegates professionally and ensuring all training documentation is completed accurately and on time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering structured training programmes to a high professional standard.
- Supporting the development of presentations, course materials and handouts.
- Working alongside senior trainers to enhance course delivery.
- Gathering feedback and continuously improving training effectiveness.
- Managing course administration and maintaining accurate records.
- Responding to customer enquiries and supporting programme scheduling.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualification in Education & Training (or equivalent).
- Proven experience delivering training sessions independently.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Highly reliable, organised and proactive.
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience working at height (wood pole or steel structures preferred).
- Flexible approach to early starts and occasional overnight stays.
- Full UK driving licence.
