The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Transmission Account Manager to lead the development and approval of products within the Transmission sector. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in roles such as Transmission Linesman, Supervisor, Project Manager, or Trainer. This role involves working closely with a Product Development & Innovation team to bridge practical industry knowledge with advanced engineering solutions. Responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders such as National Grid, driving product approvals and compliance, identifying new business opportunities, conducting demonstrations, preparing tenders, and providing support throughout the sales process. There will also be regular attendance at trade shows and industry events.

What do you need?

Candidates should bring a strong background in the Transmission sector and possess existing connections within the industry, particularly with National Grid. A deep understanding of utility industry standards and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels is essential. A full UK driving license is also required.
