Are you a driven, hands-on leader with a passion for retail, food, and fast-paced environments? Were on the lookout for a Multi-Site Commercial Manager to take the reins of our clients thriving market stalls and wholesale operations across Newcastle, Manchester, and Birmingham.
This is more than just a management role its an opportunity to own the day-to-day and commercial performance of three key sites and play a pivotal part in their continued growth. You\’ll be the glue between the on-the-ground operations and head office Commercial and Finance teams, helping shape pricing, purchasing, and performance strategy.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Taking full ownership of the operations, staffing, stock, and cash processes at each site.
- Leading and inspiring on-site teams to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Working hand-in-hand with the Commercial team to fine-tune pricing, product selection, and supplier relationships.
- Maintaining tight financial controls and reporting systems in collaboration with the central Finance team.
- Constantly analysing sales data and market trends to spot opportunities and drive performance.
Who are you?
- An experienced multi-site operator, ideally from a retail, food, or markets background.
- A strong leader who knows how to manage people, stock, cash, and customer experience all at once.
- Commercially savvy, confident making data-led decisions and agile in a trading environment.
- A highly organised problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
- Someone with a full UK driving licence, ready to be mobile across the regions.
