Payroll Administrator Are you a detail-oriented and highly organised professional with a passion for numbers? We’re looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our clients team and ensure their employees are paid accurately, on time, every time. In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing weekly and monthly payrolls, maintaining and updating employee payroll records, and ensuring full compliance with HMRC regulations and current legislation. You’ll also handle any payroll-related queries, resolve discrepancies, and assist with reporting for both finance and management teams. Knowledge of pensions, benefits, and year-end payroll procedures will be an asset. To succeed in this position, you should have prior experience in a payroll role and a solid understanding of payroll systems, Microsoft Excel, and statutory processes including PAYE, National Insurance, and pensions is essential. You’ll need excellent attention to detail, great organisational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
