Are you passionate about food innovation and developing standout products? We're looking for a creative, commercially minded individual to take the lead on New and Existing Product Development from concept to launch. This is your chance to be at the heart of the action guiding ideas from the kitchen bench to supermarket shelves. With a recognisable and well established product range, the focus is weighted towards EPD, but you'll get to be creative with lots of seasonal specials.
In this exciting role, you'll be the engine behind the NPD and EPD gate process, keeping all departments aligned and customers delighted. You'll chair weekly development meetings, manage timelines, and ensure every brief is brought to life with precision and flair. Whether it's scoping out factory efficiencies, supporting Engineering with process insight on capex projects, or leading competitor benchmarking, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
You'll bring products to life in the concept kitchen, co-ordinate kitchen and factory trials, and ensure costings are watertight. Presenting directly to customers, you'll showcase your creations with confidence and clarity. Collaborating cross-functionally, you'll support teams like Technical with critical documentation from HACCP to ingredient specs making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Packaging sign-off, reheating validations, and meticulous documentation of everything from lead times to MOQs, that's all part of the journey. You'll love being the go-to expert who ensures everything is in place for a successful, profitable launch.
If you're someone who lives and breathes food, has a keen eye for detail, and knows how to turn a concept into a commercial hit we want to hear from you.
