We’re working with a fast-paced FMCG business seeking a forward-thinking Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive sustainable operational excellence. Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance
- Take a strategic approach to engineering challenges, using data and insight to identify trends and prioritise improvements
- Own and drive root cause analysis across site issues, ensuring robust, long-term corrective actions are implemented
