The Opportunity
You’ll be delivering engaging, high-quality training sessions while supporting the development of course materials and maintaining exceptional compliance standards. You must be comfortable leading sessions independently, managing delegates professionally and ensuring all training documentation is completed accurately and on time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering structured training programmes to a high professional standard
- Supporting the development of presentations, course materials and handouts
- Working alongside senior trainers to enhance course delivery
- Gathering feedback and continuously improving training effectiveness
- Managing course administration and maintaining accurate records
- Responding to customer enquiries and supporting programme scheduling
What We’re Looking For
- Qualification in Education & Training (or equivalent)
- Proven experience delivering training sessions independently
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Highly reliable, organised and proactive
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience working at height (wood pole or steel structures preferred)
- Flexible approach to early starts and occasional overnight stays
- Full UK driving licence
