HR Advisor – Multi-Site Business | £30k–£35k | North West HQ We\’re on the lookout for an experienced HR Advisor to join a dynamic, multi-site business as part of a small but well-established HR team. If you’re ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, hands-on role that covers the full HR spectrum, this could be your next move. About the Role: Reporting to the Group HR Manager but embedded at one of their satellite sites, you’ll be a trusted advisor to both employees and managers, offering practical guidance, resolving issues, and supporting business performance through great people practices. From managing employee relations and leading investigations, to coaching managers, driving recruitment, and enhancing onboarding, your role will be varied and rewarding. You’ll also lead on performance reviews, training needs analysis, and engagement initiatives that help their people thrive. This is a role where you’ll be encouraged to bring fresh ideas, make decisions with confidence, and be a visible, proactive part of the site’s HR structure.
