We are working with a fast-paced FMCG business seeking a forward-thinking Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive sustainable operational excellence. This is a role for someone who doesn't just fix issues as they arise but takes a step back to understand why they happen and builds long-term solutions that prevent them from returning.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
