We are looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join a growing IT team supporting operations across the UK and Europe. This is a role for someone who enjoys getting stuck into technical problems, improving infrastructure, and being involved in projects that genuinely move things forward.
You will be the kind of person who is comfortable troubleshooting complex issues but also enjoys thinking about how systems can run better, more securely, and more efficiently. It is a hands-on role where you will work across internal systems, support users when things get tricky, and collaborate with colleagues across multiple sites to keep everything running smoothly.
Day to day, you will be providing 2nd and 3rd line support, helping resolve more complex technical issues and making sure systems remain stable and secure. You will also get involved in wider IT projects, supporting planning and implementation while working alongside colleagues in both the UK and Europe.
There is some travel to remote sites across the UK and Ireland (usually once or twice a month) to support deployments, maintain infrastructure, and help ensure factory and warehouse equipment stays connected and operational. Alongside this, you will monitor and maintain internal systems, manage updates and patching, and help maintain strong security practices across the environment.
