Blue Note London is looking for experienced Bartenders to join our opening team.
Working within one of the world's most iconic live music venues, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional drinks, outstanding hospitality and memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, premium environment.
About the Role
As an Experienced Bartender, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving exceptional drinks while delivering warm, knowledgeable and engaging service to every guest.
You'll work closely with the wider front-of-house team to ensure efficient bar operations throughout each performance while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers and premium spirits to specification.
- Deliver friendly, engaging and knowledgeable service to every guest.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the drinks menu and confidently make recommendations.
- Maintain consistency, quality and speed during busy services.
- Prepare garnishes, syrups and mise en place before service.
- Restock bars and replenish inventory throughout shifts.
- Rotate stock correctly and minimise wastage.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
- Operate the POS accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service and licensing legislation.
- Work collaboratively with Servers, Floor Managers and Kitchen teams.
- Assist with opening and closing bar procedures.
- Monitor stock shortages and communicate requirements to supervisors.
- Support private events, VIP experiences and special performances.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge through ongoing training.
- Represent the Blue Note brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and attention to detail.

- Previous experience as a Bartender within a premium hospitality venue.
- Excellent cocktail, wine and spirits knowledge.
