Working alongside our Servers, Bartenders, Kitchen and Management teams, youll help ensure every service runs efficiently while maintaining the high standards expected of an internationally recognised hospitality brand. /p p b About the Role /b /p p As a Food Runner Busser, you will be an essential part of our front-of-house operation, ensuring food is delivered promptly, tables are maintained impeccably and guests enjoy a seamless dining experience throughout every performance. /p p This is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring energy, attention to detail and a genuine passion for hospitality. Youll act as the link between the kitchen and dining room, supporting the service team to ensure every dish reaches guests exactly as intended and every table remains clean, organised and ready for service. /p p b Key Responsibilities /b /p ul li Deliver food promptly, accurately and professionally from the kitchen to guests, ensuring every dish meets presentation standards before leaving the pass. /li li Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure orders are delivered efficiently and in the correct sequence. /li li Support Servers by clearing and resetting tables quickly while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. /li li Ensure all tables are fully prepared for incoming guests with polished cutlery, glassware and table settings. /li li Monitor the dining room throughout service, proactively clearing plates, glassware and unnecessary items while remaining attentive to guests needs. /li li Assist with serving water, bread and other supporting elements of the dining experience where required. /li li Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout all dining areas, service stations and guest-facing spaces. /li li Restock crockery, cutlery, napkins and service equipment throughout each shift. /li li Communicate effectively with Servers, Bartenders and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth service during busy periods. /li li Support efficient table turnover without compromising the guest experience. /li li Assist with opening and closing duties, including polishing glassware, preparing service stations and cleaning front-of-house areas. /li li Maintain an excellent understanding of table numbers, seating plans and service flow. /li li Follow all food safety, health safety and hygiene procedures. /li li Handle all equipment carefully and report any breakages or maintenance issues promptly. /li li Support private events, VIP experiences and special performances as required. /li li Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment and assist colleagues whenever needed. /li /ul p b Skills Experience /b /p p Were looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a busy hospitality environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service. /p p b Youll have: /b /p ul li Previous experience as a Food Runner, Busser, Runner or Front of House Assistant is preferred, although full training can be provided for the right candidate. /li li A positive attitude and strong work ethic. /li li Excellent communication and teamwork skills. /li li The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. /li li High standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation. /li li A proactive approach with a willingness to assist wherever needed. /li li Strong attention to detail. /li li A passion for hospitality and guest service. /li li Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays. /li li The legal right to work in the UK. /li /ul p b Salary Benefits /b /p ul li Salary: £13.00 per hour + tronc /li /ul p b Youll also receive: /b /p ul li Blue Note London staff discount. /li li Company pension scheme. /li li 28 days paid annual leave inclusive of bank holidays (pro rata). /li li Ongoing training and professional development. /li li Career progression opportunities. /li li Opportunity to join the opening team at one of Londons most exciting live music venues. /li /ul p b Schedule /b /p p b Hours: /b Full-time and part-time opportunities available. /p p Evening, weekend and bank holiday availability is essential due to the nature of our business. /p
